Can a person be released and still supervised? Yes. A person may leave prison for supervised release and remain under DOC jurisdiction. Full discharge is a later legal milestone.

Those facts matter in a rural county, yet they do not guarantee immediate pickup, a stop at the jail door, or coordination by detention staff. A person or family should call the transit provider to confirm the stop, fare, time, and service area. Release timing can shift while staff clear paperwork or another hold, so a flexible plan is safer than relying on a projected hour.
Roseau County Release Records After Expungement
Expungement means sealing covered records, not erasing every copy held by every agency. A sealed Roseau County court case may no longer appear through MCRO, while jail or executive-branch records remain subject to the order's scope and the statutes that govern that agency.
